The rate is $800 per night, with a three-night minimum. Weekly rates are $6,548.

Guests have full use of the main cabin and three separate sleeping cabins with a total of 11 beds that will sleep up to 14 people. You will also have Madison River walking access, use of the 12 acre property including the fishing pond.

Additional fees: 8% Montana state lodging tax and refundable $500 security deposit. Reservations require 50% payment at the time of booking, with the balance due one month prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if reservation is cancelled prior to 4:00 p.m. on scheduled date of arrival.
